How To Join
Join us for an event that drives local shopping, community engagement, and social media buzz throughout the holiday season.
Campaign Duration: December 1st - December 23rd.
We are inviting local businesses to decorate a festive Holiday Selfie Wall outside their shop — a fun, themed backdrop that encourages people to stop, snap, and share!
Each participant who posts their selfie on social media with the correct tags will be entered into a weekly prize drawing.
It is only $25 to join. This cost is to help cover prizes and admin fees for the event. If a business would like to donate a prize, we can incorporate them as that week's prize sponsor.
Your location will be included on the official “Yelm Holiday Selfie Map” published on the Chamber’s website and social media. You can decorate however you like — Christmas lights, garlands, wreaths, inflatables, or unique backdrops that showcase your brand and holiday cheer.
Business Incentive: Participating businesses gain promotion via the Chamber’s website, social media, and community traffic throughout the holidays.

How to Win prizes:
Community Participants
1. Visit a participating business and find their Holiday Selfie Wall
Each receipt = 1 entry for that week's drawing. It must be submitted the week of your purchase.
2. Take a selfie in front of it!
3. Post it on Facebook
4. Qualifying entries must have all of the following components:
-Photo of you and the participating businesses' selfie display
-Tag the business
-Tag the Yelm Chamber of Commerce
-Use hashtag: #Yelmholidayselfie2025
Each qualifying post = 1 entry for that week’s drawing. 1 Entry for each business will be accepted each week. You cannot do the same

- Take a picture of your receipt
- Send a copy to info@yelmchamber.com with "Yelm Holiday Selfie" in the subject line

Winners will be announced every Wednesday of the following week.
Weekly Prize Drawings: Prizes may include fun items from participating businesses, local gift cards, or donated prizes from participating businesses.
We will announce winners each week on Facebook and the Chamber website.
